When you apply for our Expert Product Testing service, we collect the information you provide in the application form: your name and email address, your product's name and URL, your company stage, a description of your target user, what you want tested, and any access notes (such as invite codes or staging URLs).

• Review your application and decide whether the service fits your product.
• Communicate with you about your application, payment, and engagement.
• Brief the assigned testers on your product, your target user, and your testing goals.
• Coordinate and deliver the engagement, including the individual feedback and synthesized report.

Application details are shared with assigned testers only to the extent needed to test your product. We do not use your application data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe.
• Form submissions: For up to 3 years, or until the request is fulfilled.
