ICE Scoring
Definition
ICE Scoring: ICE is a simple prioritization framework scoring initiatives on Impact (potential value), Confidence (certainty of success), and Ease (simplicity of implementation). All factors rated 1-10, then multiplied for a final score. Simpler than RICE, ICE works well for growth experiments and quick prioritization.
Example Usage
“We ICE score weekly growth experiment ideas. Last month's winner: email subject line tests—high impact, high confidence, very easy.”
