RICE Scoring
Definition
RICE Scoring: RICE is a prioritization framework scoring initiatives on Reach (how many users affected), Impact (effect per user), Confidence (certainty of estimates), and Effort (team resources required). The formula (Reach × Impact × Confidence) ÷ Effort produces comparable scores for prioritization.
