Employee NPS
Definition
Employee NPS: Employee NPS (eNPS) measures how likely employees are to recommend their company as a workplace, using the same 0-10 scale as customer NPS. Promoters (9-10) minus Detractors (0-6) equals eNPS. While limited as a single metric, eNPS provides a simple benchmark for employee sentiment over time.
Example Usage
βOur eNPS dropped from 45 to 20 during the reorg. We addressed concerns transparently and recovered to 55 within six months.β
