Employee Engagement: Employee engagement measures how committed, motivated, and connected employees feel to their work and organization. Engaged employees deliver discretionary effort—going beyond minimum requirements because they care. Engagement drivers include meaningful work, growth opportunities, manager quality, and organizational trust.
