SWOT Analysis: SWOT analysis is a strategic framework examining Strengths (internal advantages), Weaknesses (internal disadvantages), Opportunities (external favorable factors), and Threats (external risks). While simple, SWOT provides structured thinking about strategic position. Its value lies in the discussion it generates, not the resulting matrix.
