User Feedback
Definition
User Feedback: User feedback is information from customers about their experience with a product—what works, what doesn't, and what they wish existed. Feedback comes through multiple channels: support tickets, surveys, interviews, reviews, and in-app prompts. The challenge is synthesizing diverse inputs into actionable insights.
Example Usage
“We tag all feedback in Productboard. Patterns emerged: 'search' appeared in 40% of requests. That insight drove our search overhaul.”
