User Experience: User experience (UX) encompasses all aspects of a user's interaction with a product—from first impression through ongoing usage. Good UX makes products intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use. UX design considers user needs, behaviors, and emotions across the entire customer journey, not just visual aesthetics.
